Krys is a qualified architect from the UK who has pursued a career in architecture, development and project management in East Africa, South East Asia and the Middle East.

Currently he operates a design and management company from Thailand that services resort, hospitality and residential projects in China, Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, India and Thailand.

Krys possesses a thorough understanding of the demands in the design and delivery of complex hospitality projects. He is driven by the need to make these commercially viable for the owners and truly memorable for the guests and other end-users.

Well-versed in design, operations and facility planning, Krys works with clients to develop suitable implementation requirements and their delivery methodologies. This usually includes the initial ‘ideas stage’ and feasibility analysis, a concise and structured briefing to evaluate the proposed solutions, the organisation and management of effective project consultancy teams, as well as the design and project delivery process itself.

He has the ability to nurture good ideas, appreciating emerging technologies and their positive impact to provide efficient operational and aesthetic solutions. Today, this includes sound environmental judgment to evaluate and resolve a site’s project-specific physical, social, commercial and regulatory constraints.
